A typical foot treatment
On the first appointment a few medical details will be taken and notes of every treatment will be kept. These notes are confidential.
1. Foot and lower leg health check.
2. Disinfect foot.
3. Cut, file and reduce thickened nails.
4. Debride callus and enucleate corns.
5. Disinfect foot.
6. Treat any fungal infection where possible
7. Padding and dressings if needed
8. Foot creamed and massaged
9. Discuss next steps – advise on footwear and follow up treatment or care between treatments
